# EasyAssetSplit Support

EasyAssetSplit is a planning aid for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, not legal, tax, appraisal, or financial advice.

## Private iCloud sync

- Use the same Apple Account on each device.
- Enable iCloud Drive and EasyAssetSplit in system Settings.
- Keep both devices online and allow time for private CloudKit synchronization.

## CSV files

Start from the example import file exported by the app. Keep its English headers and column order, use one row per asset, and enter numeric values in a format the device can read. CSV export is free. CSV import requires Pro. Choose a Files or Finder destination with write permission and enough free space for exports.

## Pro and the asset limit

The free version supports up to five assets. A one-time Pro purchase enables unlimited assets and CSV imports. To restore it, open Settings and choose **Restore Purchases** with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

## Contact and privacy

Include the app version, operating-system version, device model, whether iCloud is enabled, and reproducible steps. Do not send real asset values, personal financial records, or an unredacted CSV file.
