PxReader Support

PxReader is a native reader for PX and PC-Axis statistical tables. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time or emergency-service availability.

A PX document will not open

• Confirm that the selected file is a PX or PC-Axis text document rather than a CSV export or webpage.
• If the file came from another service, save a local copy in Files or Finder and open that copy.
• Keep the original file available when reporting a parsing problem, but do not email confidential statistical data.

The table is too large or a view is unavailable

Try filtering dimensions or removing unneeded rows and columns before changing the layout. Very large tables can require substantial memory, especially on older devices.

CSV export is unavailable

CSV export requires an active Pro entitlement. Open the Pro screen to check the subscription, then use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the subscription if necessary.

Remove app data

Delete source PX files and exported CSV files with Files, Finder, or the storage provider where they were saved. Removing PxReader deletes its local settings and cached subscription state; Apple retains App Store transaction history.
