Speed Limit Fullscreen Support

Speed Limit Fullscreen shows driving speed and road limits with online or downloaded map data. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time or emergency-service availability. Never rely on the app instead of road signs, traffic rules, or safe driving judgment.

Speed or road information is missing

• Confirm that Location access is allowed while using the app and that Precise Location is enabled.
• Move to an open area where the device can obtain a reliable GPS signal.
• Treat every displayed limit as informational. Current signs and local rules always take priority.

An offline map will not download

• Check the available device storage and the app's cellular-download setting.
• Keep the app installed while a background download is in progress.
• Retry the region from the offline map library after connectivity returns.
• Large regional extracts can take substantial time and storage space.

Place search or trip routing fails

Online place search and routing use Apple Maps and require a network connection. Try a more specific place name, confirm that Apple Maps services are available, and then calculate the route again. Saved trips remain on the device until removed.

Restore a purchase or subscription

Open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Subscription billing and refunds are managed by Apple.

Remove app data

Delete saved trips and offline regions from their libraries. Removing the app deletes its remaining local settings, map files, and trip data. Apple retains the App Store transaction history associated with the Apple Account.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains location processing, local trip storage, Apple Maps, Geofabrik and OpenStreetMap France downloads, and StoreKit.

Temporary map-download failures

If a download server is temporarily unavailable, the app keeps retrying. For supported regions, it can also try an alternate source. You can pause or cancel while it retries. Keep the app open to let recovery continue promptly; iOS may delay retries while the app is in the background.

Alternate coverage is not available for every region. Previously downloaded maps remain available while an update is retrying.

Map sources can have different boundaries. Trip preparation checks the coverage of the files saved on your device and may request additional extracts for gaps. A downloaded region does not guarantee that every road has speed-limit data.
