DoriiAlarms Support

DoriiAlarms recognizes times and labels in a selected calendar or schedule image, then lets the user review alarms before scheduling them. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time or emergency-service availability.

No times are recognized

• Use a sharp, well-lit image with the schedule upright and fully visible.
• Crop away unrelated content and avoid reflections, handwriting, or very small text where possible.
• Recognition is a starting point. Review every label, date, and time before scheduling alarms.

Alarms cannot be scheduled

Check the app's alarm permission in system Settings. Confirm that each proposed time is valid and in the future, then retry. DoriiAlarms cannot guarantee that an alarm will be delivered when the device is unavailable or iOS prevents the scheduled alarm from running.

Restore the Pro subscription

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the subscription. Subscription billing and refunds are managed by Apple.

Remove app data

Cancel unwanted alarms in DoriiAlarms or the relevant system controls. Remove the app to delete its local labels, editing configurations, preferences, and cached subscription state. Apple retains App Store transaction history.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains image handling, on-device Vision recognition, AlarmKit, and StoreKit.

Contact
