Dorii Support

Dorii turns times in a selected same-day roster image into reviewed iPhone alarms. For help, contact support@flaviothomi.com without attaching a personal schedule unless a redacted example is specifically requested.

No times are recognized

• Use a sharp image with the schedule upright and fully visible.
• Crop unrelated content and avoid reflections, handwriting, or very small text when possible.
• Dorii handles one same-day schedule image. Review every label and time before saving.

Alarms cannot be created

Check Dorii’s alarm permission in system Settings. Confirm that proposed times are valid and still in the future; past times are deliberately disabled. If only some alarms fail, successful alarms remain created and failed ones stay visible for review.

Restore Dorii Pro

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the lifetime purchase or subscription. Apple manages billing, refunds, and transaction history.

Remove alarms and app data

Swipe an alarm to delete it or use Delete All Alarms for the alarms Dorii manages. Removing alarms never restores free imports. Removing the app deletes local labels, configurations, preferences, and import allowance.
