EasyAssetSplit Support
EasyAssetSplit organizes assets, alternative valuations, and beneficiaries on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Support is provided by email without a guaranteed response time or emergency-service availability. The app provides calculation tools, not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Data does not appear on another device
- Confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive and EasyAssetSplit are enabled in system Settings.
- Allow time for CloudKit synchronization and keep both devices online.
- Do not create competing edits on several devices while troubleshooting.
A CSV file will not import
Start from the example import file exported by the app. Keep the required asset name and default-value columns, use one row per asset, and verify that numeric values use a format the device can read. Save a local copy before retrying.
Export or sharing fails
Choose a destination with write permission and enough free storage. If a cloud provider is unavailable, first export to a local Files or Finder folder.
Restore the Pro purchase
Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Billing and refunds are managed by Apple.
Remove app data
Delete unwanted asset sets in the app so the deletion can synchronize through CloudKit. Removing the app clears the local copy but may leave its private iCloud data available for reinstallation. Manage any remaining data through the app or Apple's iCloud storage controls. Delete exported CSV files from their selected storage location separately.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains asset data, private iCloud synchronization, CSV files, and StoreKit.
